Job summary

First Table is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our restaurant network across Manchester and Liverpool. This field-based role involves meeting restaurant owners and hospitality leaders, opening doors and winning new business with autonomy and strong support from a UK/ANZ team.

You'll manage a healthy pipeline, own opportunities from first conversation to onboarding, and benefit from a flexible remote-first setup, regular coaching, and an attractive base plus commission

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or field sales, ideally in hospitality, food tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to build relationships with restaurant owners and hospitality leaders.

Responsibilities

• Sign up new restaurants within assigned territory (Manchester/Liverpool).
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Own opportunities from first contact to onboarding.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with regular coaching and market insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless partner experience.
