Job summary

First Table is expanding in London and seeks a driven Business Development Manager to grow the restaurant network in the city. This field-based role requires meeting owners and operators in person, owning opportunities from first conversation to onboarding, and building a healthy pipeline with market insight and coaching support.

You’ll spend 4-5 days a week in the field, meeting partners, attending trade events as needed, and working autonomously with a collaborative team across the UK,

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Comfortable with field-based, in-person prospecting and relationship building.
• Hospitality, food tech or SaaS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sign up new restaurants within the assigned London territory.
• Track opportunities in the CRM and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners and hospitality leaders and win new business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
