Job summary

First Table seeks a driven Business Development Manager to grow its restaurant network in Liverpool. You’ll meet owners, open doors and win new business, working remotely with field visits 4–5 days a week and strong support from a UK-wide, experienced team.

You’ll own your patch, manage a healthy pipeline and drive growth across the region. You’ll join a purpose-led brand with flexible hours, coaching, and tools to succeed, including travel allowance, laptop and phone, and access to First Table

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and reaching targets in hospitality, food tech or SaaS.
• Ability to build relationships with restaurant owners and operators.
• Comfort with autonomía and field-based client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sign up new restaurants within your assigned territory.
• Track them in the CRM.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Research prospects to assess sales value and profitability.
• Win new business against targets, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Track market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and industry events as needed.
• Respond to and close warm incoming enquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless partner experience.
