• Experience in achieving target occupancy and revenue goals.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation or leasing up larger properties (300+ units) would be a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Lead staffing across Community, Leasing, Concierge, Resident Events, and Maintenance.
• Hire, train, and manage performance in line with company policies.
• Set local marketing/leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets; monitor P&L with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high resident satisfaction through proactive oversight.
