Qualifications

• Educated to A’/HND level or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• ARLA or IRPM courses desirable.
• Experience driving leasing performance in property/serviced sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing across Community, Leasing, Concierge, Resident Events and Maintenance.
• Hire, train and manage performance per policy and values.
• Partner with Marketing to shape local leasing strategies based on market data.
• Monitor occupancy and revenue, and manage budgets and reporting.
• Ensure safety, compliance and regulatory adherence across property operations.
• Oversee tenancy management, inspections, late fees, and occupancy strategies.
