Pinsent Masons is seeking a Managing Senior Associate to join its market-leading TMT team in the UK. Operate across technology sourcing, outsourcing, telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects for major corporate clients and public sector bodies.

You will lead on client matters, oversee junior lawyers and help grow the practice while delivering commercially focused legal solutions.”

Qualifications

Significant post-qualification experience in technology, commercial or TMT law.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience advising on technology contracts and outsourcing.
Ability to manage complex matters and multi-stakeholder projects.
Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

Advising on complex technology procurements and outsourcing arrangements.
Leading negotiations on software development, licensing, SaaS, cloud computing and implementations.
Supporting digital transformation and business change programmes.
Advising on telecommunications, digital infrastructure and connectivity projects.
Providing strategic guidance on AI, data-driven services and platforms.
Drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts and service agreements.
Managing workstreams on multi-jurisdictional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Supervising junior lawyers and developing their skills.
Building and maintaining client relationships as a trusted adviser.
