Job summary

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Managing Senior Associate to join its renowned TMT team in London, with opportunities across Manchester, Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will advise on technology sourcing, outsourcing, digital transformation and regulatory matters for major corporate and public-sector clients on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional projects.

You will lead client matters, mentor junior lawyers and drive business development while collaborating across sectors to deliver innovative tech

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience in technology, commercial or TMT law.
• Experience advising on technology contracts and outsourcing projects.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; ability to manage complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex technology procurements and outsourcing arrangements.
• Negotiate software development, licensing, SaaS, cloud and related projects.
• Advise on digital infrastructure and next-generation technology initiatives.
• Supervise junior lawyers and cultivate client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and market engagement.
