Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for the Midlands region, offering hybrid working from our Birmingham, Burton-on-Trent or Stoke-on-Trent offices with travel to sites and client meetings.

You will lead the commercial performance across multiple social housing planned works and refurbishment contracts, managing a team of commercially focused colleagues to ensure projects deliver against financial, contractual and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing refurbishment projects in occupied/live environments.
• Experience in social housing planned works is advantageous.
• Ability to lead multiple contracts and manage a QS team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sub-regional commercial performance across multiple concurrent contracts.
• Oversee regional forecasting, CVR, cash flow, budgets, and profitability.
• Monitor progress and risks, ensure timely payments and subcontractor payments.
