Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on refurbishment and retrofit projects across the Midlands. You will manage a small team, prepare estimates, monitor cash flow, and liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure profitability and value.

This hybrid role offers working from office, site, and some home-based days, 37.5 hours weekly. A competitive salary and benefits package includes pension, holidays, and healthcare

Qualificações

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Understanding of Social Housing sector is advantageous.
• Strong cost management and commercial steering skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small commercial team and manage workload.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts for designated projects.
• Value and approve payments to subcontractors and manage invoices.
• Interact with Contract Managers, Contractors, Suppliers and Clients.
