What will you be doing?
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping commercial success? We’re looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to supportto lead the commercial aspects of our projects in North Wales!
You’ll oversee subcontractor management, ensure compliance with quotations and applications, and coach Quantity Surveyors on variations and final accounts. From monitoring risk registers to recovering contract costs, you'll drive profitability and efficiency.
This role also involves preparing financial reports, developing negotiating skills, and enhancing commercial processes. Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial staff while adhering to ISO standards and company policies. Ready to take charge and make a difference?
