Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) in Birmingham, England, is seeking a Managing Partner to lead client partnerships and drive growth across marketing and technology. You will shape strategy, nurture senior client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence while managing a portfolio of high-impact accounts.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will mentor Business Directors, own the P&L for your accounts, and champion ITG’s vision with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the marketing or technology industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the marketing industry including trends, challenges and opportunities.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term client partnerships that deliver against mutual objectives and goals.
• Lead, inspire and mentor a team of Business Directors to deliver exceptional professional and personal development.
• Have a strong strategic mind that unlocks and optimises the right growth opportunities for each client.
• Understand and love the role that technology plays in marketing effectiveness and how Content Marketing platforms and Creative Automation can transform client operations.
• Be a point of escalation for the smooth running of day-to-day delivery and deliver best practice solutions.
• Be accountable for the P&L for each of your accounts and represent ITG to clients and partners.
