Job summary

Venture Search in London is seeking an experienced capital raising professional to join its private markets advisory team. The role will strengthen the fundraising function and support expansion across large-scale private markets fundraises.

You will focus on raising capital from institutional investors across Europe, working with senior leadership on multiple fund mandates. The role involves originating LP relationships, managing fundraising processes, and guiding execution through to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' capital raising or institutional sales experience.
• Strong network of institutional LP relationships across Europe.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale fundraises is advantageous.
• Background in private markets or alternative investments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

The successful candidate will focus on raising capital from institutional investors across Europe, working closely with senior leadership on multiple fund mandates. The position involves originating LP relationships, managing fundraising processes, and supporting execution through to close.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' capital raising or institutional sales experience, ideally with a placement agent or similar advisory firm.
• Strong network of institutional LP relationships across Europe.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale fundraises is advantageous.
• Background in private markets or alternative investments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working within a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
