Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end fundraising processes for private market clients.

• Take ownership of project management across multiple fundraising cycles.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and execute growth strategies.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Holds a minimum 2:1 degree from a reputable university.
• Proven experience in M&A advisory (project management), transaction services (project management), or placement agent roles.
• Demonstrates a direct, energetic, and sales-oriented personality.
• Comfortable with high-pressure environments and fast-paced execution.
• Background in investment banking or Big Four (non-audit) is highly desirable.
