Job summary

Venture Search is partnering with a leading placement agent to add a Senior Associate or VP to its London distribution team. The role spans private equity, private credit and real assets mandates, concentrating on raising capital from European LPs.

Responsibilities include building relationships with institutional investors, conducting outreach, and preparing compelling investor materials. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in placement/distribution and a strong grasp of the private markets

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience within a placement agent, in either a project management or distribution role or within a GP in an similar position.
• Experience in liaising with new or existing investors.
• Keen interest and understanding of the private markets landscape.
