Job summary

Venture Search in London is seeking an experienced capital raising professional to join its private markets advisory team. The role will strengthen the fundraising function and support expansion across large-scale private markets fundraises.

You will focus on raising capital from institutional investors across Europe, working with senior leadership on multiple fund mandates. The role involves originating LP relationships, managing fundraising processes, and guiding execution through to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' capital raising or institutional sales experience.
• Strong network of institutional LP relationships across Europe.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale fundraises is advantageous.
• Background in private markets or alternative investments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Raise capital from institutional LPs across Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, family offices and other institutions.
• Support and lead fundraising for multiple fund mandates.
• Originate new investor relationships and expand coverage.
• Lead investor meetings, roadshows and presentations.
• Contribute to fundraising strategy and execution.
