A gourmet hospitality brand seeks a hands-on Managing Director to launch and expand its concept in London. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quick service restaurants and the vision to grow the brand. You will be responsible for opening the first site, establishing operational standards, and collaborating with the founder on strategic planning. Competitive compensation around £85k and profit share included.

We are looking for someone with proven QSR experience, the energy & dive of a founder and the vision and experience to expand the concept in the UK. This is a hands-on role.
