Your Role

You will work with leading Corporate and Investment institutions to deliver their strategy for business and regulatory-driven change. You will lead programs and contribute to Capgemini’s growth through thought leadership and business development.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the achievement of team objectives.
• Balance style and substance, adding value to clients.
• Support strategy, contribute to business growth, and mentor junior team members.
• Lead teams and participate in business development opportunities.

Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking across products and regulation, gained from industry and consulting roles. Preferred experience includes:

• Implementing large-scale regulatory changes in CIB (e.g., Basel III, FRTB, DORA).
• Knowledge of Wholesale Lending and Transaction Banking.
• Developing strategic roadmaps, including digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of controls across the trade lifecycle.
• ESG knowledge is a plus.
• People management and team development experience.
• Proven ability in proposition building and sales campaigns.
