Unrivalled opportunities to join a dynamic Private Equity firm, guiding and growing its Fintech portfolio

The role:

You will:

  1. be responsible for innovation and delivery of performance improvement and growth projects across this Private Equity firm’s portfolio companies, typically fintechs in the wealth and asset management industries.
  2. work closely with technology entrepreneurs, honing your skills in strategic growth initiatives and scaling businesses.
  3. also support pre-deal due diligence around technology and products, value creation/planning and value creation execution.
  4. support the development of concepts, transforming them from visions into concrete propositions and the operating model needed to support them from people, process and technology perspectives.
  5. create SOWs: scope, objectives, project plan, team structure, pricing etc.

You:

  1. must have management consulting experience in Financial Services’ wealth management, asset management, or capital markets, at Manager level
  2. will have experience in performance monitoring, process mapping/automation, cost optimisation, project management, business analysis and growth strategy.
  3. will be experienced in identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies through automation/AI, data analytics and other technologies
  4. will have the skills to lead transformation initiatives.
  5. can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
