We are working with a well-established, national advisory business that has recently launched a new team in London and is looking to expand this dynamic unit. This is an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity to join a growing team within a fast-paced and high-impact environment, working on a diverse range of mid-market transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

As part of the newly established Transaction Services team, you will play a key role in providing in-depth financial and vendor due diligence services. This role offers excellent exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactions, enabling you to make a significant impact by delivering high-quality, actionable insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading and executing financial due diligence and vendor due diligence for mid-market transactions, managing the process from initial scoping to final deliverables.
2. Collaborating closely with clients to understand their strategic needs and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
3. Managing teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while mentoring junior staff.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams for smooth communication and project execution.
5. Contributing to business development, including proposal generation and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Transaction Services, with a strong track record in financial and vendor due diligence.
• Experience working in the mid-market space or with mid-market clients is preferred.
• Experience at the Assistant Manager or Manager level, with leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach and relationship-building ability.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
