Job description

An opportunity for a Director or experienced Associate Director to join an established Transaction Services team, with a clear partnership track. As the Partner's second-in-command within this 21-person team, you'll deliver TS projects and drive their ambitious 5-year growth strategy.

You'll primarily manage buy-side transactions for leading London PE houses, strategic buyers, banks, and financial investors. While sector-agnostic, the team has significant expertise in tech-enabled and people-led businesses, with strong international capabilities.

As a Director you will:

• Lead and structure transaction due diligence processes, coordinating with external advisors
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions
• Produce concise, well-structured due diligence reports
• Lead initial scoping meetings with clients
• Manage and develop junior team members
• Develop client relationships and contribute to origination activities

The successful candidate:

• 5+ years transaction services experience in professional services
• Lower-mid-market transaction expertise working with owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs
