Job summary

Prophix is seeking a Manager, Services to lead high-quality CPM and FP&A implementations across its growing EMEA client base. Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, you will build and coach a team of consultants, own delivery standards, and be the senior point of accountability for engagement quality and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services or implementation delivery within SaaS or enterprise software.
• 2+ years managing a team of consultants or delivery professionals.
• Strong project management discipline with experience using MS Project, Smartsheet, monday.com, or similar.
• Experience with FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across clients and leadership.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and delivery quality.
• Self-starter with high ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Legally entitled to work in the UK and able to travel to client sites and Prophix offices.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving workflows.
• Curious and open to new approaches and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of active implementation engagements, join weekly status calls, track progress, remove blockers, and maintain timelines and quality.
• Lead and develop a team of PS consultants through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and targeted coaching.
• Act as the senior escalation point for engagement risks, scope challenges, and client issues, resolving them with clarity while protecting relationships and capacity.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to support pre‑sales scoping, ensure accurate effort estimates, and facilitate handoffs.
• Drive consistent adoption of project planning tools to maintain portfolio visibility and data-informed resourcing decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement of delivery methodology, including AI-assisted workflows that raise quality.
• Contribute to regional leadership by sharing insights and shaping scalable delivery practices for EMEA.

As Manager, Services, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality CPM and FP&A implementations across Prophix's growing EMEA client base, ensuring finance teams realise measurable value from Prophix One. Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, you will build and coach a team of consultants, own delivery standards across a concurrent project portfolio, and serve as the senior point of accountability for engagement quality and client outcomes. What You Will Do

• Oversee a portfolio of active implementation engagements, joining weekly status calls, tracking progress against project plans, removing blockers, and holding the team accountable to timelines and quality standards
• Lead and develop a team of PS consultants through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and targeted coaching on delivery excellence and client communication.
• Act as the senior escalation point for engagement risks, scope challenges, and client issues, resolving them with clarity and confidence while protecting both client relationships and team capacity
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to support pre‑sales scoping, ensure accurate effort estimates, and facilitate seamless client handoffs
• Drive consistent adoption of project planning tools across the team to maintain portfolio visibility, support capacity forecasting, and enable data‑informed resourcing decisions
• Lead continuous improvement of delivery methodology, including the integration of AI‑assisted workflows that increase team efficiency and raise the quality bar on client engagements
• Contribute to the broader Professional Services leadership team by sharing regional insights, identifying patterns across engagements, and helping shape scalable delivery practices for EMEA

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services or implementation delivery within SaaS or enterprise software, with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements on time and to scope
• 2+ years managing a team of consultants or delivery professionals, with demonstrated ability to develop people, manage performance, and build a high‑trust team culture
• Strong project management discipline, with hands‑on experience overseeing concurrent implementations using structured planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, monday.com, or similar
• Experience working with finance teams and familiarity with FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation processes, comfortable navigating finance‑side conversations with confidence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message clearly and credibly across clients, consultants, and senior leadership
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve personal or team productivity, streamline delivery processes, or enhance the quality of client‑facing work
• Self‑starter with high ownership, able to identify what needs to be done and drive it to completion without waiting to be directed
• Legally entitled to work in the country where this role is posted and able to travel to client sites and Prophix offices as required
• Able to learn new tools and adapt as technology and workflows evolve.
• Curious, open to new approaches, and motivated to continuously improve.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience implementing CPM or FP&A platforms, including Prophix, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, or TM1
• Experience with financial consolidation platforms such as Prophix FC, HFM, CCH Tagetik, or LucaNet
• Familiarity with ERP integration patterns involving SAP, Unit4, or NetSuite
• Experience managing partner co‑delivery engagements across distributed or international teams
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical discipline is an asset
