PPRO in London is seeking an Associate Director focused on global cross-sell within Account Management to identify where our payments and product suite solves customer problems and build the commercial motion to scale adoption.
This senior individual contributor role offers real strategic ownership: write the playbook, own outcomes, and shape cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Regions.
At PPRO, we simplify access to local payments - providing a local payments platform that empowers giants like PayPal, Stripe, and Microsoft to connect with billions of consumers worldwide. We are on an ambitious, fast-paced mission to 3x our growth by 2028 - and we’re just getting started.
Our magic lies in our team of proud payments nerds. Spanning over 50 nationalities across 10+ global locations, our diverse cultures aren't a checklist; they are the competitive advantage driving our innovation. This is a people-first, high trust environment where you’ll have the autonomy to make a massive impact, own your work end-to-end, and grow through broad exposure, meaningful challenges, and continuous learning. We get things done, challenge respectfully, put the customer first, and recognise that our biggest successes are those we create as a team. If you’re ready to leave your footprint on global commerce, join us.
Our customers are already using us. Most of them aren't using everything they could. This role exists to change that.
You’ll be our first Associate Director focused solely on global cross-sell, sitting inside Account Management and working across our full portfolio. There’s no inherited playbook here: you’re writing it. That means identifying where our broader payments and product suite solves problems customers haven’t yet asked us to solve, and building the commercial motion to get those products adopted at scale.
This is a senior individual contributor role with real strategic ownership. If you want to build something from scratch and see the revenue outcomes land, this is it.
Cross-sell at global scale is a high-priority, newly formed motion at PPRO. As the first person in this function, you’ll have real latitude to define how it works, what it looks like, and what it delivers. The cross-sell strategy, the stakeholder map, and the revenue outcomes are all yours to shape.
