Redis Labs is seeking a Lead and Mentor for their sales team in London. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth while managing and inspiring SDRs, implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a collaborative environment. Manage, train, and inspire a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team goals. Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to enhance their skills and performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimise lead generation and qualification processes.
Oversee the teams prospecting efforts to identify and qualify potential clients. Ensure a high level of activity and productivity within the team to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Analyse key metrics and sales data to evaluate team performance. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. Foster a collaborative environment between SDRs, Account Executives, and Marketing to drive overall business success.
Continuously refine and optimise sales processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SDR team.
