Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in reward, ideally gained in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The confidence and credibility to work directly with clients and take ownership of defined areas of delivery.
• The ability to manage conflicting demands within a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients to understand, diagnose and define their people and workforce reward challenges.
• Developing people and reward strategies that align people investment with clients' business, talent and performance objectives.
• Leveraging analytical skills to interrogate varied data sources to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
• Designing reward structures, including pay frameworks and short- and long-term incentive arrangements.
• Conducting market benchmarking, remuneration analysis and modelling to support strategic reward decisions.
• Translating analysis into clear insights and practical recommendations that support client decision-making.
