Job Title/Req Number: Manager - People Consulting Corporates (Defence)(106953)

Base Location: London, Bristol or Manchester, with consideration for Leeds or Birmingham, plus a network of 20 offices nationwide.

Security Clearance: Applicants must hold or be capable of obtaining UK National Security Vetting. Requirements include residency in the UK for at least 5 years and UK or dual UK nationality. Applications not meeting these criteria will not be considered.

  • Lead projects in areas like Target Operating Model Design, Organisational Redesign, Financial Recovery, Service Improvement, Back-Office and Digital Transformation.
  • Manage teams, collaborate with client teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to business development, including scoping opportunities and developing proposals.
  • Develop methods, tools, and thought leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience managing complex transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge in areas like Target Operating Models, Organisational Redesign, etc.
  • Experience working with organisations in the IGH market areas.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement, especially with senior leaders.
  • Continuous learning and passion for the discipline.
  • Business development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of project management tools and techniques.
  • Desirable: certifications like PRINCE2, Prosci ADKAR, psychometric assessment qualifications.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong consulting skills and sector interest, especially in Defence.
