Base Location: London, Bristol or Manchester, with consideration for Leeds or Birmingham, plus a network of 20 offices nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver client engagements, overseeing complex change and transformation programs (People-Centric Transformation).
• Lead teams of consultants and collaborate with client teams to achieve project goals.
• Provide expert advice, develop proposals, and contribute to business development efforts.
• Innovate and develop methods, tools, and thought leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience managing complex transformation projects and leading teams.
• Knowledge of areas like Target Operating Model Design, Organisational Redesign, etc.
• Experience working within the IGH market sectors, especially Defence and Justice.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business development experience, including proposal writing.

Additional desirable qualifications include certifications like PRINCE2 or Prosci ADKAR, and experience with psychometric assessments.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven consulting skills and sector-specific experience or interest in Defence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with initiative and adaptability.
