Job summary

Rockfish Lyme Regis is seeking a Manager in Training to support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example. You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential and embrace the core values of Care, Community and Connection.

You will be supported by a structured training plan, with ongoing development to build a fulfilling career with us.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Server or Supervisor in a similar restaurant environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours to cover peak periods.
• Ability to supervise alcohol service.

Responsibilities

The Role

As Manager
in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant
environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating,
training and leading by example all the way.

You will coach your team to
fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values,
‘Care, Community and Connection’.

As a new Rockfish Manager in
Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we
continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.

Will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.

You will be required to have at least one
years’ experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.

You will have a flexible
approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its
busiest.
