Capital One UK, within International Client Services, seeks a Settlement Support Manager to lead the Billing (Adjustments & Fees) team and manage day-to-day operations. You will work across functions to ensure accurate settlement, client service, and compliant processing of adjustments and fees.

The Settlement Support Manager in International Client Services, is responsible for day to day management of the Billing (Adjustments & Fees) team, maintaining current business control process documentation, problem determination, resolution of imbalances and servicing client inquiries. This role will also support key operational initiatives on the settlement system. This individual will manage a team of direct reports and will also be responsible for non-associate labour resources. This position requires an innovative and creative leader who will lead the billing team and will also act as an advocate across functions for the team's goals. An individual in this position will also demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset including the ability to streamline manual work within a team. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating across the team that will deliver superior results for internal and external partners. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and elevate risk.
