Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager Environment, Health & Safety (m/f/d).

Your Function

• Responsible for environmental, health, and safety measures at our sites in Langenfeld (Germany), Breda (Netherlands), Buckingham (UK), and Poland.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and internal EH&S regulations, with ongoing monitoring.
• Conduct and improve safety audits within the Manitowoc Safety Management System.
• Establish framework conditions for safe working environments in the responsible regions.
• Serve as contact for local management and employees on safety, accident prevention, health, and environmental protection topics.
• Report safety performance for each site according to Manitowoc's global reporting scheme.
• Continuously develop the company's health and safety management system.
• Support the development of health and safety procedures based on Manitowoc Global standards and goal matrices.

Your Qualification

• Completed engineering studies or industrial training with further certification as a state-certified technician.
• Training as a Safety Engineer.
• 5+ years of experience in safety management, with knowledge of relevant standards and laws.
• Experience in developing and operating safety management systems, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, independence, and change management skills.
• Fluent English; German skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland.
