We are delighted to announce that Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a leading UK facilities management specialist to recruit for an experienced Environment Manager to join their team.

This gives you the perfect opportunity to shape environmental strategies, contribute towards net-zero goals and help to influence sustainable practices across numerous multinational organisations.

Responsibilities of the Environment Manager:

• Leading ISO 14001 and 50001 audits internally and externally helping the business to ensure successful recertifications.
• Aiding the organisation's transformation towards net zero carbon emissions.
• Working closely with and collaborating with facilities management teams across the country to help ensure compliance with legislation and regulations.
• Driving sustainable initiatives across the client's business practices

A Successful Environment Manager will have:

• Demonstratable knowledge and experience in environmental management systems and conducting ISO 14001 and 50001.
• Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent, in an environmental-related discipline, and ideally hold a professional membership with a recognised environmental body (IEMA, CIEEM, CIWEM).
• Proven Sustainability experience in a similar role, ideally within the Facilities Management or Real Estate
