University of Birmingham School is seeking a Manager for Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) to work with pastoral leaders across all age groups (11-18) and 400 learners in the Sixth Form.

You will deliver careers guidance and education, design resources, and lead projects to help pupils progress to employment or further/higher education, while supporting ongoing professional development and flexible working arrangements.

Formación

• Experience delivering CEIAG to diverse age groups.
• Designing and providing curriculum resources for careers education.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with partners.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver effective careers guidance and information for pupils and students.
• Develop and enhance the school's careers programme aligned with Gatsby benchmarks.
• Lead on projects to support progression into employment or higher education.
• Promote aspiration and provide one-to-one guidance as needed.
