St Helen's School in London is seeking a Careers Education and Guidance lead for the Senior School (Years 7–13) to shape CEIAG strategy and oversee the university application process.

You will work with the Director of Sixth Form, the Sixth Form team and Heads of Department to ensure excellent HE advice, broaden opportunities through events and networks, and maintain up-to-date UCAS knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Strategic development and management of CEIAG across the Senior School (Years 7–13).
• Oversee university applications, including Degree Apprenticeships and International Universities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sixth Form, Sixth Form team and Heads of Department to support Higher Education applications and personalised guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UCAS and Higher Education developments.
• Deliver engaging activities that excite and challenge learners.
• Broaden learning through events, trips, external speakers and Futures webinars and networking.
• Offer bespoke, impartial guidance on options, further education and career pathways.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings with students and parents in line with data protection policies.
• Act as a consultant/reference point for teaching staff on careers queries.
• Stay informed about Careers Education and Guidance developments in schools.
