Job summary

Precisely is seeking a BDR Manager, EMEA to lead a regional team across outbound and inbound motion, coaching through reviews, and owning pipeline targets. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to continuously improve BDR motion and messaging.

The position requires 4+ years in BD/sales, 1+ year of direct BDR leadership, strong Salesforce/Outreach/AI tools skills, and hybrid work in London with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in business development, sales development, or a related sales role.
• 1+ years directly managing, team-leading, or mentoring BDRs (Senior BDR, Team Lead, or BDR Manager).
• Salesforce, Outreach (or comparable), and AI-enabled prospecting tools experience.
• Travel is required: Occasional – Approximately 10%.
• Based in or able to commute to our London office three days a week (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Run the accountability loop for a team of BDRs based across EMEA: set the standard, inspect the work, coach the gaps, and hold the line as a daily practice.
• Coach BDRs one on one through call reviews, pipeline reviews, and skill development.
• Identify and develop BDRs ready for the next step, whether that’s a senior BDR seat, an AE role, or a leadership track.
• Own sales qualified opportunity and pipeline generation targets for the EMEA BDR team.
• Develop and refine outbound plays, sequences, and messaging alongside a functioning inbound engine.
• Use AI powered workflows and agents to make reps more effective at prospecting, research, personalisation, and sequencing.
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to optimize performance.
• Maintain daily activities and hygiene in Salesforce across the team.
• Provide regular updates to your Director on team activity, pipeline health, and coaching progress.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new BDRs into the EMEA team, including candidate interviews and ramp planning.

This is a hybrid role with expectation of 3 days a week in our Liverpool St, London office.

Overview of the Role: The BDR Manager, EMEA leads a team of Business Development Representatives across the region, running the accountability loop that keeps outbound and inbound motion on track. Key duties include coaching BDRs through call and pipeline reviews, building and refining outbound plays, and owning sales qualified opportunity and pipeline generation targets for the team. The role also partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to keep the BDR motion improving quarter over quarter.

What you will do:

• Run the accountability loop for a team of BDRs based across EMEA: set the standard, inspect the work, coach the gaps, and hold the line as a daily practice.

• Coach BDRs one on one through call reviews, pipeline reviews, and skill development that moves people from good to great.

• Identify and develop BDRs who are ready for the next step, whether that’s a senior BDR seat, an AE role, or a future leadership track.

• Own sales qualified opportunity and pipeline generation targets for the EMEA BDR team.

• Develop and refine outbound plays, sequences, and messaging alongside a functioning inbound engine.

• Use AI powered workflows and agents to make reps more effective at prospecting, research, personalisation, and sequencing.

• Partner across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement, bringing a manager’s eye to what’s working and what needs to change.

• Maintain daily activities and hygiene in Salesforce CRM across the team: if it’s not in Salesforce, it didn’t happen.

• Provide regular updates to your Director on team activity, pipeline health, and coaching progress.

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new BDRs into the EMEA team, including candidate interviews and ramp planning.

What we are looking for:

Required:

• Enter Educational requirements (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement) Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Years of experience: 4+ years in business development, sales development, or a related sales role.

• Years of experience needed with specific skills 1+ years directly managing, team-leading, or mentoring BDRs (as a Senior BDR, Team Lead, or BDR Manager).

• Specific technical or software skills required Salesforce, Outreach (or a comparable sales engagement platform), and AI-enabled prospecting tools.

• Necessary certifications None required.

• Travel is required: Occasional – Approximately %10

• Demonstrates Hungry, Humble, and Smart: driven to win, quick to put the team first, and sharp enough to read a room and adapt.

• Based in or able to commute to our London office three days a week (Hybrid).

AI Skills/Knowledge:

• Real, hands on experience using AI tools or workflow automation in a sales development context (e.g. AI-assisted prospecting, research, or personalisation tools).

• Able to coach BDRs on incorporating AI tools into their day to day workflow, not just use them personally.

• Comfortable evaluating and rolling out new AI powered workflows or agents across a team.

• Familiarity with using AI for call or pipeline review and coaching insights (e.g. conversation intelligence tools).

Preferred Skills (a plus but not required):

• Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Tableau.

• Experience managing a distributed or regional team across multiple countries.

• Multilingual, or experience hiring and coaching multilingual BDR talent.

• Experience building or contributing to a BDR career progression or promotion pathway.
