Job Description

• Lead due diligence and planning for acquisitions, assessing operational and accounting impacts
• Manage purchase price accounting processes for newly acquired entities in compliance with US GAAP
• Collaborate with divisional finance teams to create master data, including entity codes, cost centers, and chart of accounts mapping
• Perform functional currency assessments for acquired entities
• Coordinate with finance and global business services teams to ensure accurate and timely data submissions for consolidated close
• Partner with external auditors to address audit inquiries and provide supporting documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance acquisition accounting and integration workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with expertise in acquisition accounting (ASC 805) and technical US GAAP knowledge
• Proven ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus
