Job summary

schuh in Bristol, Cribbs Causeway, is seeking a Temporary Supervisor for our kids store. You will lead by example, ensuring exceptional service for young shoppers and their guardians while guiding the team to meet goals. You will promote schuh values and manage store operations to deliver a best-in-class shopping journey.

The role suits someone energetic,Ambitious and passionate about retail, with a flair for trends and a strong customer focus. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Able to lead by example and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• Keen eye for trends and attention to detail in retail.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Supervisor to join our kids store in Bristol, Cribbs Causeway!

For this role you will need to demonstrate outstanding people skills - as well as being a natural with our 'little customers'.
