Working as part of the Management Administration Support Service (MASS) in the School of Languages, Cultures & Societies, you will be a highly motivated and experienced administrator playing a key role in providing comprehensive, administrative, and professional support to the School Manager. You will also work closely with the School Manager and MASS team to proactively undertake management administration duties, ensuring the MASS office provides a professional, responsive, and efficient service at all times.
With experience of working in an administrative role in a large, complex organization, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and suggest improvements to the service provided. Working independently as needed, you will be well-organized, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work. You will collaborate with colleagues across the university and beyond to share good practice and encourage knowledge exchange, facilitating continuous improvement.
