Management Accountant (Hybrid, London, United Kingdom)

This role involves working closely with senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and provide analysis of financial results to support decision-making. It also includes managing a team of two direct reports. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior finance to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Develop and report on financial forecasts, including cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including KPIs and variance analysis.
• Manage a team of two.
• Conduct area reviews, work with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, and scrutinize financial results.

Candidate Profile:

A detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual.

Minimum Requirements:

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
