Management Accountant

Location: Nottingham, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. Every team member contributes to our lasting impact, helping keep the nation’s digital infrastructure connected and protected.

This role involves working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and provide analysis to support decision-making. It is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior finance to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Develop and report on financial forecasts, measure progress, and analyze results.
• Manage two direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews, ensure accurate reporting, and challenge financial results.

Candidate Profile:

Detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
