Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions. These services include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and support decision-making. It also includes providing analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide analysis enabling effective business decisions.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measure & report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
