Management Accountant (Hybrid, London, United Kingdom)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and interpret financial results to support decision-making. It also includes providing analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior finance teams to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing and reporting on financial forecasts, including cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet metrics.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs, comparing actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage two direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Candidate Profile:

Key Requirements:

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Experience in a business-facing finance role
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems
