Management Accountant - Chelmsford, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasting, delivering accurate reporting, and providing analysis of financial results to support decision-making. It is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing and reporting on financial forecasts and progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historical analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
