Job summary

Cedar Recruitment partners with a rapidly growing international group to recruit a newly or recently qualified Management Accountant. You will own the monthly management accounts across multiple entities, delivering close, reporting and insightful commentary.

Qualifications

• Newly or recently qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience preparing management accounts in practice or industry.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
• Clear communication with non-finance colleagues and ownership of the reporting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and prepare management accounts for multiple entities.
• Deliver meaningful variance analysis and commentary.
• Partner with operational teams on margins, costs, accruals and WIP.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain robust controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and working capital.
• Identify improvements to finance processes, systems and reporting.
• Assist with year-end statutory accounts and external audit.
