Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting or similar finance role.
• Part-qualified or qualified accountant.
• Understanding of management accounts and month-end processes.
• Strong analytical skills with clear results communication.
• Proficient in Excel and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and month-end activities.
• Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, gathering assumptions and maintaining reliable financial plans.
• Provide commercial analysis, monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Collaborate across the business to respond to finance queries and support audits.
