Agility is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to own month-end reporting and partner with production teams. The role offers a attractive salary and clear career development within a progressive organisation.

You will take charge of close processes, analyse performance, drive cost savings, and support strategic financial planning across the business. A strong Excel/ERP background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Management Accountant, Finance Manager
• Ideally studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Manufacturing accounting experience would be a strong advantage
• Commercially aware, analytical and confident working with operational teams
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using accounting or ERP systems
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of deadlines
• Knowledge of UK accounting standards, VAT, PAYE and tax compliance

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the month-end close and associated journals
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly profit and loss statements
• Manage the sales ledger, invoice queries and credit control
• Oversee inventory reconciliations and review stock-count results
• Analyse financial performance and recommend process improvements
• Partner with operational teams to identify cost savings and operational efficiencies
• Support strategic financial planning and wider business-improvement projects
