Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in Management Accounts.
• Experience analysing financial performance, investigating variances and producing financial information for stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work with finance and non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts accurately and within deadlines.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet control accounts.
• Analyse financial performance and investigate variances.
• Provide financial insight to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Analyse and manipulate financial data using Excel.
• Support business units to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Challenge financial data and systems to identify issues and improve accuracy.
