Management Accountant - Hybrid in London, United Kingdom

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet to ensure the success of our business divisions. Join us to help keep the nation's critical digital infrastructures connected and protected.

This role involves collaborating within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and interpret financial results to support decision-making. It includes providing analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in meeting financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

1. Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
2. Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
3. Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs, comparing actuals to forecasts and budgets.
4. Manage 2 direct reports.
5. Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
