Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates, Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. Every team member contributes to our lasting impact, helping keep the nation's critical digital infrastructure connected and protected.

This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. Responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support decision-making. Also involves analyzing actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance team to provide analysis enabling effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
