Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the continued success of our business divisions. These services include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts, providing timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and analysis to support decision-making. It also includes analyzing actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historical analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
