Marstep Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Management Accountant for a Milton Keynes manufacturing business. The role covers monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and insights to drive operational performance.

You will work closely with the Financial Controller and support budgeting, cash and stock management in a hands-on finance function. The successful candidate will have an AAT qualification (or studying ACCA/CIMA), strong Excel skills and attention to detail, with experience in

• AAT qualified or studying ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive approach with willingness to support all areas of finance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Prepare and post journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Provide financial insight to operational teams to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across finance systems, controls and processes.
• Support stock accounting and margin analysis.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate stock and cost information.
