Core3 is delighted to be working with a well-established not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Management Accountant. Based in Bristol with hybrid working, this is an opportunity to combine strong technical accounting skills with meaningful financial analysis, helping an organisation make informed decisions and manage its resources effectively.
Our client is a purpose-led organisation with a strong focus on its people and the communities it serves. They offer a supportive, collaborative environment where finance plays an important role in planning, decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.
You’ll have experience producing management accounts and enjoy working with financial information to understand what's driving performance.
You’ll be comfortable balancing detailed accounting work with conversations across the organisation, explaining financial information clearly to colleagues who don't work in finance.
You don't need to be a fully qualified accountant. We’re interested in candidates with solid management accounting experience, sound judgement and a willingness to keep learning.
As a Management Accountant, you’ll join an organisation where your work contributes to something beyond financial performance. You’ll be part of a supportive team, with the flexibility to balance your working week and opportunities to broaden your experience.
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates who believe they meet the role requirements. We’re committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and we’ll provide any reasonable adjustments you may need throughout the recruitment process.
